The Black Granite Monument |

At the entrance to the memorial grounds is a black granite monument.
On the face is engraved:
Anglin-Tinnon Railroad Workers Memorial
Dedicated by Cotter Care Crews and Gwen Tinnon Derouin 2002
Lynn Anglin Stude 2002 President
There are also four railroad emblems: Missouri Pacific Iron Mountain, Missouri Pacific, Union Pacific, and M&NA (Missouri and North Arkansas).
On the back, engraved by Elma Collins, is a picture of a locomotive.
